AC/DC-(1979 )- Highway To Hell

Highway to Hell fue el último disco que grabó Bon Scott como cantante antes de fallecer por intoxicación etílica el 19 de Febrero de 1980 a los 33 años de edad, también fue el primero en el que no tuvo a Harry Vanda junto a George Young como productores.

Este disco aumentó notablemente la popularidad de la banda, y sentó las bases para lo que sería su próxima gran creación “Back in Black” creado en honor a Bon Scott, dándole vida la voz de Brian Johnson, actual cantante de la mítica banda de Hard Rock, quien respeta fielmente la forma en la que cantaba Ronald (Bon) Scott.

La caratula original del disco (versión australiana) mostraba a los integrantes de la banda envueltos en llamas, la otra fue modificada para ser publicado en el resto del mundo, siendo el disco publicado en 1979.
